Do I need to know how to code?
No. You choose a template, change text, photos and colors from your panel and publish. No code, servers or technical settings.
Do I lose my free profile?
No. Your AquíHay profile, posts, stories and live streams stay free. The website is an additional, optional service.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Creating, editing and previewing your website is free. You only pay when you decide to publish it. If a plan offers trial days, its card says so.
How do I pay?
Online with Mercado Pago. AquíHay never sees or stores your card details, and your plan is activated when the provider confirms the payment.
What happens if I stop paying?
We notify you before it expires. Then there are a few grace days, after which your website is paused but not deleted: you can reactivate it anytime and export all your content.
Can I change the design later?
Yes. Change the template, colors or sections whenever you want without losing your content. Changes are not visible until you publish again.
Is my data protected?
Each business has its own website and its own data. No one from another business can see or change your website, messages or statistics, and only the people you invite can help you edit it.
