Does AquíHay sell the products?
No. AquíHay helps you find local businesses. You arrange the purchase or service directly with the business, usually on WhatsApp.
What's a request?
If you can't find what you're looking for, post it. Matching businesses in your city send you offers and you choose who to write to. They don't see your name or contact details.
How do I report a business or a review?
On the business page, use “Report this business”, or the flag icon on a review. Our team reviews it.
What data do you keep about me?
Only what's needed for your account. Visit statistics are anonymous: we don't store your IP address. See the privacy notice.

How much does it cost?
The Free plan has no cost and no expiration. Paid plans add tools; we don't charge commission on your sales.
Do I need a physical store?
No. You can sell from home and choose to show only an approximate area, or no address at all.
Why do I have to confirm my email?
To prevent fake profiles. Without confirming it you can set up your business, but not publish it.
How do I get the verified badge?
Request verification from Settings. We check that the business exists and belongs to whoever listed it.
Does AquíHay guarantee me customers?
We don't promise sales: we help people find you. A complete profile, good photos and quick replies make the difference.
